Requirements for all of my classes:
BOOKS
/ BINDERS / SOMETHING TO WRITE WITH, YOUR HANDBOOK AND I.D. AROUND YOUR NECK
EVERYDAY!!!
1. BINDERS: You will need a three ring binder in which
to keep all material from this class, including notes, worksheets, tests, labs
and other materials. These will be graded quarterly and need to be updated and
current.
2. BEHAVIOR: There is one basic rule and that is
RESPECT. If you show respect for yourself and others, the physical facilities,
and the school rules, everyone will have an equal opportunity to learn and that
is why we are here.
3. GRADING: Your grade will be a combination of quiz’s,
labs, tests, worksheets, binder, and other assignments. Each will be graded on
a point scale that is evaluated using the following grading scale:
A = 90-100%
B = 80-89%
C = 70-79%
D = 60-69%
Any missed assignment needs to be
made up according to the SHS handbook rules.
4. Extra Credit: extra credit options will be available
continuously throughout the year. The extra credit will be added up at the end
of each quarter and added to your quarter grade. If you do all of the extra
credit available for the quarter it will increase your grade up to 10% or one
