The committee members reviewed the last meeting notes.

Betty Pope added information regarding: 1) the pattern of call-offs is established at a younger age, 2) parents allowing students to be called offf.

The idea was shared about surveying the staff for information on: if the students had perfect attendance they would not do a final exam.

We discussed checking schools that have done this and get their success rate. We also wanted to check with Jeff Hippen about the Skyward Attendance Program.

Jeff shared it would be $50,000 to get the program that is needed to do attendance on our computers.

An additional topic to be addressed is: If campus does close how can it be best handled.
