Insurance applications will be available during registration. Certification waivers are available at the high school office.

Emergency Contacts
It is important for the schools to have emergency contacts listed for each student. These contacts will be used for individual student situations when the parents or guardians can not be reached. The emergency contacts may also be used when we need to do a mass call-out to families for an emergency situation, such as a snow day, early release, or crisis situation.

Please notify the people that you list as emergency contacts. Please let them know about our automatic call-out system and the times when they may be called. It is also helpful to make arrangements with the emergency contacts so they know what to do if they are called. At the beginning of the year, we will do a test call-out to introduce people to the system and to verify the phone numbers in our system.

Please double check the Emergency Contacts on each of the student information sheets that you receive. Make the appropriate changes before you come to registration. At registration, people will be available to collect the sheets and update the information in the system.
