Intentional Guidance |

Counselors use data to identify gaps in achievement between groups of students. The school counseling program works to identify and serve the students who are needing more than the standards –based guidance curriculum. Counselors in the CUSD #5 and Rock Falls Elementary School District #13, disaggregate data to create Intentional Guidance Action Plans that demonstrate how to “close the gap” so that all students will succeed. Intentional Guidance can also impact the school systemically. |
