When the settlers moved around the grasslands they found out that they were more than just flat and dry plains. They also found out that there was 80 species of animals and 300 species of birds. The grasslands are only located around rivers and streams. If you live around the grasslands you would inhale a lot of smoke so your health would be in danger. You could possibly die because of it.
