The ocean can be very cold in the winter usually 4 degrees at the top so no swimming in there but in the summer when it is hot out side the water is usually 22 degrees or higher. The outside is a whole other story it could be 90 degrees out and the ocean is 45 because the ocean is naturally cold so its hard for it to get warm but it can. |
