1. Import and Arrange Your Pictures

 

 

    1. Click > Import Pictures

                                                             i.      Lancers on Gold > #What is 6th Grade Like?

                                                           ii.      NOTE: Hold ‘Ctrl’ key to select more than one picture

    1. Remove black borders
    2. Yes to All > OK > Next

 

  1. Add a Title to Your Pictures
    1. Alignment (left/right/middle)
    2. Alignment (top/middle/bottom)
    3. Font
    4. Font Color

 

  1. Next

 

  1. Narrate Pictures and Customize Motion

 

    1. Narrate Pictures

                                                             i.      Type in what you are going to say

                                                           ii.      Click red button to record

 

    1. Customize Motion (under picture)

                                                             i.      Two Tabs

1.     Motion and Duration Tab

a.     Check > Specify start and end position

b.     Adjust box for start position

c.      Adjust box for end position

d.     Set number of seconds to display picture

2.     Transition Tab

a.     Select Transition

b.     Set number of seconds for transition (1-2 sec)

  1. Save > Close > Next

 

  1. Add Background Music

 

    1. Click on Create Music Button

                                                             i.      Many combinations of Choices (experiment!)

 

  1. Click OK > Next

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Save Your Story
    1. Select - Save your story for playback on your computer (near top)
    2. Click Browse Button (near middle)
    3. Find your file
    4. File Name = Last name, first name
    5. Click Save Project button at bottom (near bottom)
    6. Find your file
    7. File Name = Last name, first name

 

  1. Click Next
