3. All students need praise for their effort.
4. All students need to be treated equally.

Teacher Needs

1. I need respect from all of my students.
2. I need all students to be open-minded and to have a positive attitude.
3. I need all students to follow directions the first time they are given.
4. I need all students to put forth their best effort.

Consequences for Bad Behavior

All students are responsible for following the school discipline policy. Any consequences outside of our classroom will adhere to the school policy.
