Educational Support Personnel - Schedules and Employment Year

Confidential/Supervisory Staff

The work day and work year for confidential/supervisory staff shall be similar to other personnel except that confidential/supervisory personnel are employed for specific tasks and such personnel are expected to work beyond the regular work day in order to accomplish such tasks when necessary. No additional remuneration shall be provided for such work for exempt staff.

All Other Support Staff

Please refer to the "Agreement between Community Unit School District #5 Sterling Association of Educational Support Personnel, IEA/NEA and Board of Education of Community Unit School District #5."
